Small amount of white crochet cotton thread, size 10, maybe 100 yards,
Small amount of conrasting color, crochet cotton thread, size 10
Hook size 7
Sewing thread and needle

Slip stitch
Ch 3, counts as dc throughout.
Skirt
Row 1:Ch 25, sc in 2nd chain from hook and in each chain across, turn. 24 sc.
Row 2:Ch 3, dc in each sc across, turn. 24 dc.
Row 3:Ch 3, 2 dc in next dc, *dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, repeat from * across, turn. 36 dc.
Row 4:Ch 3, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, *dc in next 2 dc, 2 dc in next dc. Repeat from * across, turn. 48 dc.
Rows 5-6:Ch 3, dc in next dc, and in each dc across, turn. 48 dc. At end of row 6, join to chain 3.
Rnd 7-12:Ch 3, dc in each dc around, join. 48 dc. At end of row 12 fasten off.
Rnd 13:With contrasting color, join with a sc. Sc in each stitch around, join to beginning sc. 48 sc. Fasten off.
Top
Row 1:In bottom of row 1 from the skirt, join, with white. Ch 3, dc in bottom of each stitch across, turn. 24 dc.
Row 2:Ch 3, dc in next 4 dc, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next 5 dc, 2 dc in next dc. Repeat from * across, turn. 28 dc.
Row 3:Ch 3, dc in next 5, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next 6 dc, 2 dc in next. Repeat from * across, turn. 32 dc.
Row 4:Ch 3, dc in next 3 dc, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next 4 dc, 2 dc in next dc. Repeat from * across to last 2 dc, dc in each of the last 2 dc, turn. 38 dc.

Border Ch 1, working in sides of rows, sc evenly down to the bottom of the back opening and up the opposite side, slip stitch to first sc in row 8. Fasten off.
Row 9:With contrasting color, join in first sc, ch 1 sc in first 17 sc, skip 1 sc, sc in next 15 sc, skip 1 sc, sc in last 17 sc. Fasten off.
Hat
Ch 4, slip stitch in first chain to form a ring.
Rnd 1:Ch 3, 9 dc in ring. 10 dc
Rnd 2:Ch 3, dc in same dc, 2 dc in each st around. 20 dc.
Rnd 3:Ch 3, dc in same st, dc in next dc, *2 dc in next dc, dc in next dc. Repeat from * around. 30 dc.
Rnd 4:In back loops only this round Ch 3, dc in each dc around. 30 dc
Rnd 5:Ch 3, dc in each dc around. 30 dc.
Rnd 6: In front loops only this round Ch 3, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next 2 dc, 2 dc in next. Repeat from * around. 40 dc.
Rnd 7:Ch 3, dc in next 2 dc, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next 3 dc, 2 dc in next dc. Repeat from * around. 50 dc.
Rnd 8:Ch 3, dc in next 3 dc, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next 4 dc, 2 dc in next dc. Repeat from * around. 60 dc.
Rnd 9:Ch 3, dc in next 4 dc, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next 5 dc, 2 dc in next dc. Repeat from * around. 70 dc.
Rnd 10:Ch 3, dc in next 5 dc, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next 6 dc, 2 dc in next dc. Repeat from * around. 80 dc. Fasten off.
Rnd 11:With contrasting color, join, ch 1 sc in same stitch as joining and in each stitch around. Fasten off.
Purse
Row 1:With white, ch 23, dc in 4th chain from hook and in each chain across. 20 dc.
Row 2-5:Ch 3, dc in each dc across. 20 dc.
Fold piece in half, slip stitch the sides together, turn inside out. With white, join at top and working in sides of stitches, evenly sc around the top, join to first sc. Fasten off.
With contrasting color, join in the corner, ch 1, sc in each stitch around. Join with a slip stitch to first sc. Ch 20, join to opposite side of work. Fasten off.
