Materials:
Small amounts of crochet cotton thread, size 10
Hook size 7

Stitches Used:
Dc = double crochet

Ch 4, slip stitch to form ring
Rnd 1: Ch 3, 9 dc in ring, join to top of ch 3. 10 dc.
Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same stitch, 2 dc in each dc around. 20 dc.
Rnd 3: Ch 3, * 2 dc in next dc, dc in next dc. Repeat from * around. 30 dc.
Row 4: Ch 3, 2 dc in same dc, 2 dc in next dc. Fasten off. 5 dc.
Make 3 balloons, sew together, and tie tails together. Trim tails to same length and add tassel.
